Geoffrey Hartwell is Senior Partner of BHA Cromwell House Consulting Engineers. He lectures on arbitration and on technical aspects of legal issues. and acts regularly as an expert witness. He also offers a one-day, in-house, interactive course on the role of the technical expert in litigation and in the resolution of disputes. His experience includes Expert Determination as well as acting as Expert appointed by Tribunals or by parties in arbitration and litigation.
